Order Picking: Our warehouse operations are designed for efficient order picking of automotive spares. Upon receiving a pick list 4 to 5 days before order pickup, our team selects the required SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) from pallets, ensuring a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) approach. Parts are then placed into bins or skids, with one SKU per bin, ready for outward inventory scanning and loading onto trucks.

Kitting: We understand the importance of efficient assembly processes in the automotive sector. Our kitting services involve assembling all the necessary parts required for a specific assembly or production step into a single kit. This ensures that all components are readily available, minimizing production delays caused by missing or hard-to-find parts. By pre-packaging parts into kits, we also facilitate improved quality control, allowing for inspection of components before they reach the assembly line.

Assembly: Our warehouse is equipped to handle assembly operations, where kitted components are put together to create sub-assemblies or finished products as required. This value-added service can further streamline your logistics and manufacturing processes.

Warehouse Capabilities in Antwerp:

Our warehouse in Antwerp provides a total covered capacity exceeding that of nearby ports combined, positioning it as a central hub in Europe. Strategically located, we can cover an 800 km range within 48 hours, making us an ideal distribution hub. Our facility boasts excellent connectivity via highways to major markets in Germany, Benelux, and France, as well as strong inland waterway connections to the Netherlands and the Rhine-Rhur belt in Germany, and rail connectivity across Europe.

Inbound Logistics: Upon arrival of containers, pallets are devanned, and the stock is scanned for inward inventory entry per SKU. Pallets are then stored based on the SKU and can be stacked 1+1.

Outbound Logistics: Our outward scope includes receiving pick lists, preparing orders by selecting SKUs (FIFO), scanning each item for outward inventory, managing customs T1 transit documents, and ensuring bins/skids are ready for pickup and loaded onto trucks.

Bin Management: We utilize a structured bin management system, including various bin types and sizes (RA, PD, TP, HR, HD, DAF, Cl, Ca, KB, K1, K2) to accommodate different SKUs. Empty bins and skids are managed with stock orders and re-order quantities based on outflow and lead time.

Customs and Compliance: We handle customs procedures, including customs bond documents and indirect fiscal customs representation for imports into Belgium and subsequent supplies.
